Progress is a correlation of effort.
If you give nothing, You Get nothing.
Your progress is a correlation of your effort... and also smart program design.
Let’s say I design a program for you (all of my programs are specific to the individual, no cookie cutter programs).
If you give 0 effort and don’t even try to follow your program, don’t expect many results.
If you give 80% effort, most of the time following your program with a few variances here and there. You will reach your goal, however progress will be slower.
You give 100% effort and follow your program to a T. Well, I think that speaks for itself.
At the end of the day you determine how much effort you want to give and is realistic to you. You don’t have to be perfect to get to your goal, but some effort is definitely required.
And that is at the end of the day, determined by you.
At the end of the day you determine your results.
