Not every workout will be 110%
Consistency is key.
Not every workout is going to have you saying ‘Hell ya I crushed it.’
A lot may be ‘Thank God that’s over.’
110% in the gym is very hard to maintain all the time.
Get in there, do your thing, and be consistent. The slow and steady progress will accumulate and get you to your results.
Make sure your training fits your life so it is easier to comply to, and very importantly… be consistent (not perfect, but consistent).
