Prior to starting monthly coaching, an in-depth assessment is completed so I can learn all the necessary aspects of the individual’s life and design a personalized program, specific to their needs.
1-on-1 Personal Training
In-person training sessions in a private training studio.
During 1-on-1 sessions, clients are led through training and learn from a professional coach the proper form fundamentals for exercises that work for their specific anatomical structures.
Posing Coaching
1-on-1 posing sessions to perfect your posing routine.
These sessions help the individual develop confidence to showcase their physique in the best way possible when stepping on stage.
