Sacrifice and your Goals.
Sacrifice is necessary!
When you have a goal that requires an energy deficit some sacrifice is necessary. This may mean not taking part in the office donuts, birthday cakes or any other goodies hanging around. And just because EVERYONE else is having some and ‘you don’t want to look weird’ does NOT mean you HAVE to.
It is not rude and impolite to say ‘No thank you’ when someone is offering you something. People who have food allergies and intolerances do it all the time.
Ya, people may say something along the lines of:
Just try a little
Come on I spent all day baking this
But it is still your choice, eventually they will stop asking if you stay strong and they realize they can’t budge you.
It is your choice!
