Stop complicating things.

 

Society is not Making it easier.

 

Food is not something that needs to be complicated or demonized… unfortunately media and society complicate the sh*t out of it and make certain foods seem like the devil.

I’m going to try and keep this short and sweet and simple.

Balance is Key

Prioritize Protein

Make sure you are eating for your goal (deficit, surplus etc.)

A cookie is not the enemy, enjoy in moderation.
