If you are drinking this long weekend here are a few quick reminders as you continue to work towards your goals…

Limit dietary fats in your diet as best you can while drinking, stick to lean protein sources, low-fat snacks.

When mixing drinks stick to 0 Calorie mixes. Unless you are accounting for the mixes, the additional Calories can add up QUICK.

Makes sure you are getting adequate protein in. Just because you are drinking doesn’t mean you get to skimp on your protein intake!
