Here are some easy, convenient protein options you can find at Costco. These will take 30 seconds to 2 minutes to prepare.

Pack some food in advance if you are busy this will keep you more in line with your goals.

You are not going to be able to do exactly the same thing you are doing and reach your goals.

Increase your protein. A lot of people I meet are under consuming protein. Find things that are easy to introduce and keep you moving forward.
