What’s important to success?
Commitment to your goal and consistency with your program designed for you are very important factors to your success.
If you are not getting results but have not put the program your coach has designed for you into play (or you are super inconsistent) you can’t expect them to make any adjustments because you haven’t done anything yet.
If it does not work with your lifestyle that is one thing (although that should have been discussed prior).
But… if you aren’t following the plan and expecting results… well, I would reevaluate that thought process a bit 🤷🏼♀️
P.S. you don’t have to be PERFECT, but some sort of consistency IS important.
