There is no one size fits all plan.

 

Here is why I DO NOT sell general template training programs… it’s actually quite simple.

There is no one size fits all plan.

Every single person is different, unique and needs varying strategies and approaches to reach their goals.

Here are a few examples of why an individualized approach is superior:

  • Variations to nutrition protocols are needed since each person’s body is unique

  • Training programs should be customized based on the individual’s schedule, availability, anatomy, goal, skills, etc.

  • Supportive coaching strategies must be adjusted based on the individual and how they prefer to learn and respond to help them achieve their goals

  • I, as the coach can make changes for the clients as needed to ensure we are achieving the goal

Generalized programs may work for SOME who strictly follow them, but they are likely not going to work for every single person because one size does not fit all in fitness programming.
