The Holiday season is here, which means there is normally a lot more treats and goodies around.
With that being said, I figured I’d share an easy, delicious, protein-packed dessert that you can make for yourself!
The exact macros will be based on your specific ingredients, what is provided here are approximate estimates.
On that note, here is the recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
1 small extra ripe banana OR 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons egg whites/ egg whites from 1-large egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spray microwavable mug/bowl with non-stick cooking spray
Combine all the ingredients in the mug and microwave for 30 seconds, stir around batter and microwave for 1-minute, stir around again and microwave for another 30 seconds. If it still appears wet, microwave for another 15-20 seconds
