All Aspects of your life are important.
Your body is capable of a lot and capable of reaching extremes. You can reach the extreme in a manner that isn’t so “taxing”… but don’t get me wrong, it is still hard on your body.
You always have to keep in mind the big picture… proper nutrition, training structure, sleep, hydration etc.
All aspects are important.
Another important aspect is not living in the extreme (deficit for example here).
Goals are achieved and new goals must be formed… keep moving forward and always keep your long-term health in mind.
Because ya this extreme may be “cool” now, but what about 10 years down the road… longevity is important.
Living in an extreme is not normally sustainable forever.
Keep the Big Picture in Mind.
