Some days you may not have the same appetite as others and some people don’t like eating in the mornings, that’s fine! I am not saying you want to get in the habit of skipping meals and constantly undercutting your food… so don’t misinterpret what I’m saying.
If you are not training for an event or have a tight timeline, don’t sweat it. 1 day where things are a little off is perfectly OK and normal every now and then. It’s part of life.
However, one thing that is non-negotiable is your protein. This must be an absolute PRIORITY! Even if you are a little low with your Carbs and Fats you still MUST get your protein in. Whether that be getting it in through liquid form with a shake or eating more protein later on in the day, you NEED to get it in an appropriate amount for you.
I normally have no issue with being hungry, this morning was different. So I grabbed myself a protein shake to ensure that I get my protein in.
