Don’t Change it all at once.

 

I tend to find that when people are trying to integrate a new habit into their life to reach their goals they try and do a 180 degree flip right from the start.

That may work for some but it most definitely is not going to work for everyone.

Changing everything all at once can be overwhelming for a lot of people. Introduce small sustainable changes into your lifestyle and build off that.

Now, I’m not saying to reach your goals you need to change your whole life but some habit changes are most likely necessary. Because, let’s be straight, if what you have been doing so far isn’t getting you results well…

… ‘the proof is in the pudding.’
