INCORPORATING ‘TREATS’ INTO YOUR DIET AND HAVING BALANCE IS IMPORTANT FOR LONGEVITY AND COMPLIANCE.

 

Most days I don’t add a Reese’s cup to my oatmeal, but today was not one of those days.

When you know your goal, what your body needs Calorically to achieve that goal and understand the nutrition value of foods you are setting yourself up for success and laughing!

Incorporating ‘treats’ into your diet and having balance is important for longevity and compliance.

You have to live your life! So, have the ‘treats’ that you enjoy in moderation.

… or you aren’t really living much of a life, in my humble opinion

Living your life is not about being perfect and sticking to a regimented meal plan day-in and day-out.

Learn what your body needs and learn how to incorporate the ‘treats’ you want in your life in moderation and you’ll be more likely to stick to your plan long-term.
