Can you drink alcohol and achieve your goals? YES 🍸

Can you eat out and achieve your goals? YES 🌮

Can you partake in events with friends and family and achieve your goals? YES 💃🏼

Reaching your goals, achieving your goals and then maintaining your goals is not a switch you turn on and then turn off once you get there.

It is about habits… small daily habits that are introduced into your lifestyle. These habits should be sustainable, specific to YOU and your life and specific to what YOU can realistically comply to.

Stop with these BS, cookie cutter plans and do something that is specific to what you need and what YOU can do.
