It is not about 1 event 1 time.
Do you go to the dentist 1x a year and expect your teeth not to fall out?
No, typically people brush their teeth 2x a day for 2 minutes per time. This is a habit and they are consistent with it, they don’t even think twice about it.
You go to the gym 1x and don’t see anything, you go to the gym a second time and don’t see any results… then repeat that a few more times and give up…
It is not about 1 event 1 time that is going to give you the results you want. It is a repetition and accumulation of the habits that are there to contribute to your success in your goal.
I am not here to coach my clients with a quick fix, because frankly there are no quick fixes. So if that is what you are expecting, I am not the coach for you.
I am here to coach my clients into building these habits and skills into their life so they reach their goals and then can maintain them forever after.
It doesn’t happen overnight, and takes time… but those who are able to do so are playing a whole new ball game now.
