Both in the peak of consuming Calories in a surplus, both strength training 4x per week, both 0 Cardio. I actually have been consuming more kcals in the photo on the right.

Guess what, I am actually 3lbs heavier in the photo on the right (2022) … More lean tissue, less body fat on my current body composition.

This just goes to show that the scale is just a number. If you are consistent with the work you are doing and progressing, your physique will be forever changing and improving.

Your entire self-worth and the determining factor of whether or not you are making progress should not only be based on the scale. Make sure you are checking metrics that are accurately measuring progress for your specific goal.

Your body composition can be improved and you can be heavier numerically on the scale, case and point!
